Salary: USD 89,000 - 105,000 / annual

Robinhood's Corporate Finance team is seeking a Corporate Finance Analyst to support financial planning, analysis, and strategic decision-making at the company level. This is a high-visibility individual contributor role partnering directly with senior leadership to shape financial strategy and drive business growth. Key responsibilities include: - Supporting recurring FP&A processes including forecasting, monthly analyses, budgeting, financial system oversight, and management reporting - Synthesizing financial and business insights for leadership by analyzing results, business KPIs, assessing risk, and communicating opportunities - Developing and executing company-wide annual planning processes and financial forecasts - Identifying and implementing process improvements and cost efficiency measures - Acting as a thought leader to improve processes, drive standardization, and build scalable solutions - Designing and building financial infrastructure to automate and support business operations Required qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field - 1-3 years of experience in financial planning & analysis, investment banking, finance, or management consulting - Strong Excel/Google Sheets proficiency with interest in developing sophisticated modeling skills - Excellent analytical skills and business judgment - Strong verbal and written communication skills - Ability to work across organizational levels with peers and senior leaders - Experience with financial systems (Oracle, Anaplan) and analytical tools (SQL, Looker) - Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and drive projects Robinhood offers competitive compensation, comprehensive health insurance, wellness benefits, mental health support, generous time off, and a collaborative office environment.
