Anduril Industries, a defense technology company transforming U.S. and allied military capabilities through advanced autonomy, AI, and sensor fusion, seeks a Corporate Facility Security Officer (FSO) for its Costa Mesa headquarters. This role is central to implementing and maintaining Anduril's DoD industrial security program, ensuring compliance with 32 CFR Part 117, NISPOM, and all contract security requirements.
You will manage cleared personnel, classified programs, and secure facilities while interfacing with all organizational levels—from senior leadership to program managers to government stakeholders. Key responsibilities include sponsoring new Facility Clearances (FCLs), managing DD Form 254s and Security Classification Guides (SCGs), overseeing acquisitions and CAGE code issuance, and maintaining the master security documentation repository. You'll act as a member of the FOCI Council, manage international contracts, develop and maintain OPSEC programs, and ensure organizational structures are current with DCSA.
This position requires deep expertise in security compliance forms (SF-86, SF-312, DD-254, SF-328, etc.), proficiency with government systems (DISS, e-QIP, NISS, ISFD, SAM.gov), and the ability to analyze Security Classification Guides across multiple customers and sectors. You'll collaborate extensively with Program Management, Classified IT, Mission Assurance, Insider Threat, Physical Security, and Legal teams to develop training, review contracts, and respond to RFPs and BAAs.
The ideal candidate thrives in fast-moving, dynamic environments with multiple government customers, communicates policy clearly, prioritizes competing demands effectively, and brings 5+ years of FSO experience. A current TOP SECRET clearance and Facility Program Management for Possessing Facilities certification are required.
