OpenLoop is a telehealth platform that powers virtual care delivery solutions at scale across all 50 US states. The company was co-founded by Dr. Jon Lensing (CEO) and Christian Williams (COO) with a mission to bring care anywhere through streamlined go-to-market solutions. As Corporate Development Lead, you will drive the day-to-day execution of M&A deals from sourcing and initial evaluation through diligence, negotiation, and signing. You'll own the analytical and process backbone of live deals, building financial models and valuation analyses that identify and quantify revenue and cost synergies. This is a hands-on execution role reporting directly to the SVP of Corporate Development, offering unusual early exposure and ownership rather than a layered position. Key responsibilities include: - Building financial models and valuation analyses that underpin each deal, identifying and quantifying synergies - Running the deal process: managing data rooms, coordinating diligence workstreams, scheduling meetings, and maintaining timelines - Drafting investment memos and presenting findings and recommendations to senior management - Supporting negotiations with analysis, structuring options, and materials - Sourcing and screening potential targets against company strategy and investment criteria - Partnering with the Post-Merger Integration team during diligence to validate the thesis - Organizing deal materials, trackers, and stakeholders across multiple concurrent processes This role is designed for someone who has learned M&A mechanics inside a top investment bank and is ready to execute that playbook in-house. You'll transition from an advisory seat to executing deals for a principal in a fast-growing environment, with the opportunity to grow into owning deals over time. REQUIREMENTS: - Minimum 3 years of experience in an M&A advisory group at a prominent investment bank, specifically on M&A deal execution - Strong analytical and financial modeling skills with direct experience across deal mechanics: sourcing, diligence, data room management, investment memos, synergy identification and quantification, and presenting to senior stakeholders - Sharp, decision-ready written and verbal communication with comfort presenting recommendations to senior leadership - Demonstrated ability to organize and drive multiple deal processes simultaneously - Interest in transitioning from advisory to principal execution in a fast-growing environment
