The role requires strong organizational skills, independent judgment, and genuine excitement about the mission. REQUIREMENTS: - Financial modelling experience: comps, basic DCF, sensitivity analysis - Prior M&A, VC, or corporate development exposure - Experience coordinating a data room or multi-party workstream - Independent research and sourcing skills — ability to find real companies, structure a landscape, and assess opportunities across multiple sectors without being directed - Strong ownership and organization — tracks what's in flight, follows up proactively, flags blockers before they become problems - Cross-department coordination experience — comfortable keeping legal, finance, technical, and other stakeholders aligned - Direct, plain communication — writes and speaks clearly, delivers real conclusions rather than hedged or consulting-style language - Genuine interest in the company's mission - Approximately 1 year into your career — junior enough to own execution work, experienced enough to operate without handholding
