Gopuff is seeking a Senior Counsel for Litigation & Employment to join its Legal team during a period of significant company growth. This role reports to the VP of Legal and provides direct exposure to the General Counsel and senior leadership on high-impact legal matters.
The Senior Counsel will own the day-to-day management and strategy of Gopuff's litigation docket and employment counseling function. Key responsibilities include advising on independent contractor compliance, workforce issues, and related employment matters. The role also extends across commercial contracting, product counseling, and strategic legal initiatives supporting a fast-moving, consumer-facing delivery business.
This position is designed for a self-starter who thrives with autonomy and meaningful responsibility. The role offers end-to-end ownership of the litigation function and core employment matters, with significant visibility to senior leadership and exposure to complex, evolving legal issues.
