Raisin is a leading fintech platform connecting consumers with banks across the EU, UK, and US to access better savings and investment rates. As Corporate Communications Manager, you will shape Raisin's corporate narrative globally with a strong focus on Germany. You'll take ownership of corporate and macroeconomic topics, positioning the company as a thought leader in fintech and finance. Key responsibilities include: - Owning corporate and macroeconomic messaging to establish thought leadership - Analyzing internal and external data to craft compelling, newsworthy stories with unique angles - Creating and maintaining a full editorial calendar for consistent planning and execution - Developing new external communication formats (industry reports, executive positioning, creative campaigns) - Serving as the primary media contact, building and maintaining journalist relationships - Managing stakeholder relationships with internal executives and external partners - Drafting high-quality corporate materials (press releases, briefing documents, statements, opinion pieces) - Coordinating media activities including briefings and interviews - Monitoring financial media landscape and competitive activity to identify PR opportunities and manage reputational risks - Ensuring alignment of all corporate communications with global strategy while collaborating with international teams You'll work in a fast-paced fintech environment where you translate complex business and macroeconomic developments into compelling stories. The role requires proactive networking, strong stakeholder management, and the ability to act as a reliable point of contact for media. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or related field - Minimum 3+ years of professional experience in corporate communications, PR, or journalism - Fluent in German and English (written and spoken) - Strong background in fintech, finance, or high-growth startup environments - Proven ability to build trust and strong relationships with internal management and external partners - Highly analytical with ability to transform data into newsworthy stories - Confident spokesperson with proactive approach to media relations and pitching - Hands-on mentality with drive to develop and implement new communication formats from scratch Nice to have: - Existing network of media contacts in DACH financial, tech, or business media - Crisis communication and reputation management experience - Familiarity with AI-powered communications and content creation tools - Experience with PR tools and media monitoring platforms - Executive communications or CEO positioning experience - Video editing and visual media production skills
