You will join the Corporate Lending team as a Corporate Banking Relationship Manager in a hands-on, end-to-end role within a fast-paced fintech bank. This position combines relationship management with credit underwriting, requiring ownership of the entire lending lifecycle. Key responsibilities include building and managing relationships with corporate and project finance clients and internal referral channels; identifying, assessing, and structuring financing opportunities aligned with the bank's credit policy and risk appetite; preparing and owning credit proposals with financial analysis, credit assessment, and lending recommendations; presenting credit proposals to approval authorities and exercising delegated lending authority where applicable; coordinating internal stakeholders through approval, documentation, and execution; and delivering excellent client experience while balancing commercial objectives with prudent credit management. Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field; at least 3 years of experience in Corporate Banking, Corporate Lending, Project Finance, Credit Risk, or similar corporate financing environment; strong relationship management and corporate credit analysis skills; experience preparing and presenting credit proposals; sound understanding of financial analysis, lending structures, and credit risk principles; strong communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills; excellent English proficiency. Ideal candidates are hands-on professionals who enjoy taking ownership and managing transactions end-to-end, combining commercial thinking with sound credit judgment. You should be comfortable in a lean, fast-moving fintech environment with strong ownership culture, proactive, collaborative, and able to make decisions in dynamic business environments.
