You will join the Corporate Account Executive team, responsible for the company's most extensive portfolio of accounts across EMEA and emerging markets. This is a new business-focused field sales role covering the Iberia and LATAM regions, with primary responsibility for landing new logos and achieving Annual Contract Value (ACV) targets.
In this role, you will own the full sales cycle for enterprise opportunities within Spanish-speaking markets. Your responsibilities include:
- Prospecting and discovering new business opportunities in your assigned region
- Managing end-to-end sales cycles from lead generation through deal closure
- Engaging with all organizational levels, including C-suite executives (CFO, CPO, COO)
- Delivering use-case-specific product demonstrations to articulate solution value
- Collaborating with partners, value engineers, and consulting services to land new logos
- Understanding customer needs and ensuring alignment with Celonis solutions
- Driving customer success and identifying expansion opportunities post-sale
- Occasional regional travel as needed
You will be supported by best-in-class products, proven sales motions, and cross-functional teams including Value Engineers, Partner Managers, and Consulting Services.
Required qualifications include 5+ years of enterprise software sales experience with demonstrated expertise in full sales cycles, lead generation, and deal closure. You must have proven success selling enterprise software at C-level to accounts in LATAM in a new business context. Additional requirements include ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles; experience working with consulting firms and enterprise technology partners; fluency in English and Spanish; and comfort in fast-moving, high-growth environments. The ideal candidate demonstrates collaborative mindset, strong interpersonal skills, and ability to leverage internal resources effectively.
