Salary: USD 110,000 - 130,000 / annual

The platform currently supports hundreds of customers across 30+ states and two countries, serving more than 125 million people. You will own all customer relationships throughout the contract lifecycle as the primary interface between customers and the Peregrine team. Your core responsibilities include: - Driving full user adoption and maintaining long-term customer relationships as your top priority - Serving as the voice of the customer to engineers, advocating for customer needs and feedback - Supporting customers with platform updates, workflows, and new features to maximize value - Interpreting complex data sources, dashboards, and metrics to ensure all users work effectively in Peregrine - Conducting onsite visits to build deep relationships with agency stakeholders across your region - Solving challenging customer problems creatively and finding ways to work through internal roadblocks - Partnering with other teams to develop case studies and success stories demonstrating Peregrine's impact - Proactively identifying and addressing adoption barriers to ensure customer satisfaction This is a field-based role with 50-60% onsite customer engagement expected. Your territory covers San Francisco, Sonoma, and Solano Counties in Northern California. You'll need to be an active and empathetic listener, creative problem-solver, and proactive advocate for customer success. REQUIREMENTS: - 3-5 years of direct experience supporting customers in adopting technical software solutions - Significant experience in the enterprise software space (startup experience is a plus) - Demonstrated ability to listen, synthesize user feedback, and provide first-line support throughout contracts - Successful track record of zero churn and positive net revenue retention - Excellent relationship-building skills with ability to communicate technical and non-technical concepts to diverse audiences - Ability to travel approximately 60% of the time - Previous work directly or in a vendor relationship with law enforcement, public safety, or the military is strongly preferred (not required) - High value placed on maintaining positive customer relationships with empathetic problem-solving approach - Excellent attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously - Curious and humble mindset for collaborative problem-solving
