Establish efficient workflows supporting timely delivery while enabling real-time adaptation. Troubleshoot production issues during live broadcasts.
**Production Resource Management:** Schedule and manage a freelance pool of Associate Producers and Production Assistants to support nightly production needs within budget. Oversee post-match content deliverables and ensure accurate, on-time completion.
**Cross-Functional Coordination:** Serve as liaison between Broadcast, Social, Content, Production Operations, and external partners. Maintain awareness of existing and in-development content from social and content teams, identifying opportunities to incorporate assets into broadcasts. Collaborate with Production Operations on site surveys and broadcast planning. Coordinate with broadcast partners on content development, providing creative and production guidance. Partner with external production vendors (Omaha, Kwokman, MTVG, others) to plan and execute content and broadcast support.
