ServiceNow is seeking a Chief Operating Officer for Central Europe to lead regional business operations and drive growth across Germany, Switzerland, Austria, and CEE countries. This newly created executive role reports to the EMEA COO organization and serves as deputy to the SVP of Central Europe. You will act as the primary operational leader and field representative for the region, accountable for business outcomes, revenue performance, and customer impact. Key responsibilities include: • Deputy representation to the SVP in customer meetings, executive briefings, and strategic engagements across the region • Drive business performance and hold the organization accountable for targets and outcomes • Oversee Central Europe strategic planning, demand generation, pipeline excellence, and customer adoption • Represent the EMEA COO office, ensuring execution of pan-EMEA initiatives and decisions • Build and sustain senior relationships with customer executives, reinforcing ServiceNow's value at C-suite levels • Engage on strategic pursuits at the executive level, providing senior sponsorship and customer presence • Champion talent development across the region, identifying and growing the next generation of leaders • Represent Central Europe in EMEA-wide and global leadership forums, sharing best practices You bring 5+ years of field sales management experience in matrixed enterprise software environments, with a strong operational mindset and proven ability to build scalable organizations. You have a consistent track record of meeting and exceeding team quotas, attracting and retaining high-performing talent, and implementing sales operational best practices. Strong forecasting, reporting, and program management capabilities are essential. You demonstrate excellent communication, problem-solving, and team-building skills with a competitive, can-do attitude. Willingness to travel 50% of the time is required. Experience leveraging or critically thinking about AI integration into work processes is valued.
