Miratech is seeking a Senior Conversational AI & Voice AI Engineer to design, develop, and optimize production-ready voice and chat AI solutions for enterprise clients. You will architect and build conversational AI agents for customer-facing use cases, working with platforms like ElevenLabs Agents, Dialogflow, Amazon Lex, Google CCAI, Azure AI, Cognigy, and Kore.ai.
Key responsibilities include designing and implementing voicebots, chatbots, and multi-turn conversational experiences; developing and optimizing prompts, system instructions, and conversation flows; configuring RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) and knowledge bases for optimal AI responses; implementing AI guardrails and safety mechanisms; integrating solutions via REST APIs and webhooks; and troubleshooting agent behavior for quality, latency, and reliability.
You will collaborate with architects, developers, customer experience specialists, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions. The role requires deep expertise in prompt engineering, conversation design, intent mapping, context management, fallback handling, and escalation strategies. Experience with Genesys integrations and live-agent handoff is valued.
Required qualifications: 5+ years in software engineering, conversational AI, voice AI, or chatbot development; Arabic language proficiency (required); English at B2 level minimum; hands-on production experience with conversational or voice AI solutions; strong REST API and webhook experience; and proven ability to design and implement voice and chat flows.
