My Financial Partner (MFP), a division of Teamshares Inc., is seeking an experienced Controller with retail industry expertise. Teamshares is the largest acquirer of small businesses in the US, and MFP provides fractional accounting support and financial tools to a growing network of small company clients.
In this role, you will lead accounting operations and financial management for MFP's portfolio of small business clients. Your retail industry background will be critical in understanding the unique financial challenges and opportunities within that sector. You'll work with an experienced team of accounting professionals to deliver high-quality financial support, helping small business owners gain visibility into their finances and make informed decisions.
Key responsibilities include overseeing accounting functions, managing financial reporting, ensuring compliance, and potentially supervising accounting staff. You'll leverage your retail expertise to provide tailored financial guidance to clients in that vertical.
