Atoms is building Physical AI—real-world robots for industries including food, mining, and transport. The company integrates hardware, software, AI, operations, and manufacturing to deploy intelligent systems at scale.
As Controller, you will own the financial close process for one of Atoms' operating businesses, managing monthly, quarterly, and annual closes, balance-sheet integrity, and account reconciliations. You'll lead accounting operations and internal controls, ensuring compliance with U.S. GAAP, audit readiness, and strong external auditor relationships.
Key responsibilities include building and maintaining scalable accounting policies, processes, and systems (including ERP and close tooling), driving automation and process improvements as the business scales. You'll manage accounting across multiple entities, business lines, and geographies, establishing consistent standards while meeting local statutory and regulatory requirements.

You'll build and develop a scalable accounting organization and support growth initiatives such as acquisitions, new legal entities, and geographic expansion.
