As Controller, you will own the complete financial close, reporting infrastructure, and internal controls for a global, multi-entity AI company. You'll serve as the financial backbone of the business, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and clarity as the organization scales. You'll report to the VP Finance and collaborate closely with legal, operations, and go-to-market teams.
Key responsibilities include:
- Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes across multiple entities and currencies
- Own consolidated financial reporting under US GAAP and manage audits end-to-end
- Oversee global accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and treasury operations
- Lead revenue recognition under ASC 606 for complex SaaS and platform deals
- Manage and scale a lean, high-output accounting team across time zones
- Support fundraising, M&A diligence, and board-level financial reporting
You should have 3+ years in a Controller or Senior Accounting Manager role at a high-growth tech company, with deep experience in multi-entity consolidations and multi-currency environments. Strong command of ASC 606 and SaaS revenue recognition is essential. You'll have managed audits with Big 4 or top-tier regional firms, are hands-on with ERP systems, and comfortable with HRIS platforms. You thrive in ambiguity, build processes while keeping pace with change, and ideally have startup or scaleup background.
