Chariot is building modern, end-to-end payment infrastructure for the nonprofit and donor ecosystem. The company processes over $1.8B in annualized payment volume and serves tens of thousands of nonprofits including American Cancer Society, Memorial Sloan Kettering, and University of Pennsylvania. You'll drive Chariot's content engine as a senior individual contributor, owning both strategy and execution across a portfolio of content assets that largely don't yet exist.
You'll be responsible for launching and maintaining a blog with steady cadence of posts, case studies, guides, and reports (including Chariot's annual DAF Fundraising Report, co-authored with the Head of Strategy). You'll own the company newsletter and manage presence across LinkedIn, X, Instagram, and YouTube. You'll create lead-generation assets designed for download and use, build customer-specific case studies to accelerate sales cycles, and storyboard/script short-form videos with editing support from the team. You'll maintain consistent voice across Chariot's three brands: Chariot, DAFpay, and DAF Day. Every piece is treated as an experiment—you'll measure performance, extract learnings, and iterate. You'll collaborate closely with the growth lead and PR/events lead on distribution strategy, conferences, and press outreach.
The role is hands-on and fast-paced. You'll work in-person Monday–Thursday at the NYC office, with Friday work-from-home flexibility. Chariot operates with >30% former founders on the team and maintains a public employee handbook detailing company operations.
