Fudo is a platform serving 30,000+ restaurants across Latin America, providing management, payments, and delivery solutions. Deli is Fudo's Brazilian operation, and you'll lead all content strategy and execution for the market with real autonomy—not executing a plan from another country, but defining Brazil's strategy. You own end-to-end content responsibility: strategy, writing, video production, editing, and publishing. You'll work closely with a dedicated designer and report to regional coordination. Key responsibilities: **Strategy & Planning:** Build monthly content calendars and strategy, identifying which data, features, and campaigns to cover, the angle, and the channel. Create reusable briefs and guidelines for design. **Recurring Production:** Manage weekly blog calendar, writing, review, and publication. Detail and publish LinkedIn posts. Handle WhatsApp messaging for Brazil. Review and optimize monthly newsletters. QA all design assets against brand guidelines. **Audiovisual Content:** Script, shoot, and edit vertical video for Reels, Shorts, and TikTok. Produce YouTube videos end-to-end (script through publication). Create educational content in Portuguese. **Campaigns & Launches:** Plan and execute campaign timelines, including themes, landing pages, copy for creatives, messaging, email sequences, and recovery flows. Manage product launch communications and paid campaign materials. Build WhatsApp and Userpilot communication sequences to drive feature adoption, announce updates, and encourage upgrades. Create landing pages as needed. **Portuguese as System:** Build and maintain a Portuguese template library feeding internal tools so other teams can self-serve repetitive work. Transcreate (not translate) regional content into Brazilian Portuguese. **Competitive Intelligence:** Map and track competitor activity in Brazil, including campaign initiatives. Handle ad-hoc projects like creator and influencer partnerships. You'll have a lean, autonomous team with real decision-making power.
