H Company is an AI research and product company building foundational infrastructure for autonomous AI systems. As the first Content Manager, you will report to the head of marketing and own global content strategy and production across all markets (France, UK, US) and audiences (C-level executives and technical builders).
You will build the content engine from the ground up: translate the new brand platform into a content strategy, editorial line, and calendar by market and audience. Own core brand content including website copy, company narrative, brand and product pages, decks, and event materials. Establish content systems including templates, style guides, review and approval workflows with Product, Research, and Legal teams, and build a reusable library for the GTM team.
You will make value visible by building a proof library of customer case studies, use-case stories, and outcome numbers in collaboration with Sales and FDE teams. Shift the content mix from founder/funding narratives to product value and customer outcomes. Communicate trust through reliability, ownership, and the company's research-first approach without jargon.
You will feed awareness and pipeline by producing content for brand campaigns, flagship events, recurring PR moments, and the US launch. Equip Growth with content that converts awareness into qualified relationships, including ABM assets, social selling content, and post-event follow-ups. Work with Demand Generation on SEO/GEO optimization.
You will earn authority by running thought leadership on the execution gap in enterprise AI and "AI that actually works." Lead content for academic and expert references including the Institut Polytechnique de Paris partnership, COMEX40 white paper, and research with analysts (Gartner, HBR, BCG/McKinsey). Run content for the "AI at Work" program including articles, interviews, and editorial for executive dinners.
You will partner cross-functionally with Product Marketing (who own use-case families and sales enablement), Communications (who own corporate communications and executive social media), and manage freelancers and agencies (writers, designers, video) within your content budget.
Location: Paris/London hybrid, 3 days per week on average in the office (8 rue Sainte-Cécile, 75009) or with customers. Occasional travel to London and the US.
