As Consolidation Manager on the Finance team, you will build and operate Mistral's IFRS consolidation function from the ground up. Key responsibilities include:
- Build and run a recurring monthly IFRS consolidation across ~30 entities in ~15 countries
- Lead selection, configuration, and rollout of the group's consolidation tool, benchmarking providers and making design choices that scale
- Implement and maintain consolidation rules, including business combinations, goodwill, and intercompany eliminations
- Handle multi-currency consolidation and FX differences across the entity perimeter
- Evolve consolidation rules as scope changes: new entities, revenue streams, and IFRS standards (e.g., IFRS 18)
- Navigate complex and evolving group structures across multiple countries
- Partner with the IFRS team and broader Finance organization to deliver reliable consolidated figures quarterly
- Document methods and choices to ensure the framework remains auditable and transferable

Required qualifications:
- Solid IFRS consolidation experience, including business combinations, goodwill, intercompany eliminations, and multi-currency translation
- Background combining audit firm and in-house consolidation experience, with seniority to own the topic end-to-end
- Comfortable building a consolidation function from scratch, setting up rules, choosing methods, and selecting tooling
- Strong technical grasp to evaluate and recommend consolidation methods and tools with clear trade-off analysis
- Hands-on and detail-oriented, willing to dive into figures and investigate reconciliation differences
- Ability to operate autonomously in an evolving environment with new entities, revenue streams, and changing standards
- Fluent English; French is a plus
