Lightspeed is seeking an Implementation Consultant (Golf) to join the launch services team in Montreal. This role is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end client implementation process for golf club management software. You will serve as the primary point of contact for clients during onboarding and integration.
Key responsibilities include organizing launch calls to present implementation timelines and manage client expectations; ensuring customer training throughout the implementation process; planning internal resources for project tasks such as hardware installation, billing cycle setup, and payment processing configuration; communicating implementation status and upcoming training dates to clients; managing your own portfolio of clients in the implementation pipeline; providing regular updates based on task completion and client responsibilities; maintaining accurate client records in the CRM and project management tools; managing the time from sale closure to first system usage; and ensuring high customer satisfaction scores.
You will work within a motivated 15-person North American team focused on delivering best-in-class technology and service to golf clubs worldwide. The role requires strong bilingual capabilities in French and English (written and verbal), with English as the working language for this global company.
Required qualifications include experience in the golf industry or passionate golf knowledge; demonstrated ability to manage customer expectations via phone and email; experience with resource planning and task assignment in an execution role; and excellent communication skills in both French and English.
Desired but not required: retail or hospitality industry experience; familiarity with HubSpot or Salesforce; experience with ClickUp or ChurnZero.
