Salary: USD 111,000 - 123,000 / annual
Airbnb's Hotels team is expanding into the hotel sector and seeking an experienced Connectivity Partner Manager to own the health and growth of their network of connectivity providers, including channel managers, property management systems (PMS), central reservation systems (CRS), and other integration partners. You will join the Global Hotels Connectivity team, which manages Airbnb's relationships with hotel connectivity providers worldwide.
In this role, you will own end-to-end connection performance across a network of connectivity partners, delivering day-to-day support through scaled programs. You'll build deep technical knowledge of integrations across PMS, CRS, and Channel Managers to provide targeted partner support. Using data and automation, you'll identify strategic opportunities and drive growth while keeping your portfolio integrated and compliant.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing end-to-end connection performance and delivering scaled partner support
- Building technical expertise in PMS, CRS, and Channel Manager integrations
- Using data to identify strategic opportunities and drive growth
- Owning scaled communications to partners on feature updates, API changes, and deprecations with clear timelines
- Educating partners on product updates and sharing feedback with internal stakeholders
- Troubleshooting partner technical issues to ensure performance
- Developing and maintaining technical partner resources for field team self-service
- Representing Airbnb at external meetings and industry events
- Designing and managing projects that support commercial goals for Airbnb and hotel/connectivity partners
You'll work in a fast-growing, entrepreneurial team that combines simplicity, product excellence, and guest-centered ethos. The role involves close partnership with internal stakeholders and requires strong project management, analytical acumen, and excellent communication skills.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 6+ years of experience in a Connectivity Partner Manager or Technical Partner Manager role within a global technology or hospitality tech company
- Strong understanding of hospitality/travel software, specifically PMS, CRS, and Channel Managers
- Proficiency in SQL, Looker, and Excel
- Solid technical troubleshooting skills and project management experience
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities with confidence engaging clients and stakeholders at various levels
- Effective time management and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Strong quantitative skills with proven ability to leverage data in decision-making
- Adaptability to shifting priorities, projects, and deadlines
- Passion for Airbnb, travel, and the sharing economy (being an Airbnb host is a plus)
PREFERRED:
- Experience with Tableau, Asana, Jira, and Salesforce
