Binance is seeking a Compliance Analyst specializing in Know Your Business (KYB) to join our London office. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining KYB compliance procedures and controls across Binance's global operations. You will work with cross-functional teams including Legal, Risk, and Operations to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements in multiple jurisdictions.
Key responsibilities include: reviewing and analyzing business customer documentation and information to verify legitimacy and assess compliance risk; developing and updating KYB policies and procedures in line with evolving regulatory standards; conducting due diligence on institutional clients and business partners; monitoring and reporting on KYB metrics and compliance trends; collaborating with regional compliance teams to address jurisdiction-specific requirements; and supporting regulatory examinations and audits.
You will need a strong understanding of financial services compliance, anti-money laundering (AML) regulations, and know-your-customer (KYC) frameworks. Experience in cryptocurrency or blockchain compliance is highly valued. The role requires attention to detail, analytical thinking, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, regulated environment. You should be comfortable with compliance technology platforms and have excellent communication skills to explain complex regulatory concepts to non-compliance stakeholders.
