Salary: USD 146,000 - 194,000 / annual

Anduril Industries, a defense technology company transforming military capabilities through advanced AI and autonomy, is seeking a Compensation Program Manager to architect and scale compensation strategy. This role serves as a strategic advisor to leadership and People Business Partners, driving compensation initiatives across a high-growth organization. Key responsibilities include leading compensation program design and implementation, including salary structures, incentive plans, and equity compensation aligned with organizational strategy. You will conduct job evaluations, market pricing analyses, and ensure internal equity and external competitiveness across all job families and levels. Guide annual and mid-year compensation planning cycles, working closely with People Business Partners and leadership teams to resolve complex compensation issues and support strategic decision-making. You will lead job architecture implementation, manage comprehensive compensation programs through the new HCM system, and partner with HROps, Talent, Payroll, Legal, Stock, Finance, and third-party vendors. Change management and communication of compensation practices across managers and teams is critical. You'll analyze compensation data, create training materials, and facilitate calibration sessions. Required: 6+ years compensation experience with expertise in job architecture, leveling guides, and market analytics. Strong analytical skills to translate data into insights, proven ability to manage multiple projects, and experience working with executive leadership. Must be a U.S. Person due to access to export-controlled information. Preferred: High-growth startup experience building compensation programs from the ground up, and experience leading compensation initiatives through M&A, IPO readiness, or stock grant reporting.
