The Compensation and People Operations Partner will own people operations data analysis and reporting with a primary focus on the compensation function. This role sits at the intersection of HR strategy and data analytics, responsible for maintaining compensation systems, analyzing pay equity, generating people analytics reports, and supporting HR decision-making through data insights.
Key responsibilities include:
- Analyzing compensation data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement
- Generating regular people operations reports and dashboards for leadership
- Supporting compensation planning cycles and equity reviews
- Ensuring compliance with local labor laws and company compensation policies
- Collaborating with finance and HR leadership on budget forecasting and headcount planning
- Maintaining HRIS data integrity and system administration
- Providing insights on retention, engagement, and organizational metrics
