SecurityScorecard, a global leader in cybersecurity ratings with over 12 million companies continuously rated across 64 countries, is seeking a Compensation Analyst for Revenue Operations. This role is part of the Sales Compensation team and focuses on tactical administration of commissions and variable compensation programs. Key responsibilities include: - Administer day-to-day commission operations, including expense accrual files and timely payment processing - Manage compensation plan administration: distribution, tracking acceptance, system setup, adjustments, and data validation - Process variable compensation payments including draws, commission bonuses, SPIFFs, and custom plan terms - Ensure all compensation calculations and payments are accurate, complete, and compliant with company policy - Configure and test commission systems for changes to Global Sales Incentive Plans and compensation structures - Collaborate with Human Resources and Sales Operations to track employee data changes (new hires, terminations, transfers, compensation adjustments) - Support ad hoc commission reporting, analysis, and special projects Required qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance - 5+ years of sales compensation administration experience - Strong understanding of sales commissions processes - Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including manual commission calculations - Experience with cloud-based sales commission tools (CaptivateIQ or similar) - Proficiency with Salesforce.com, ICM, or similar collaboration platforms - Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills - Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities - Self-motivated with problem-solving capabilities - Ability to work independently and take initiative Preferred: Experience with Spiff and DocuSign.
