Salary: USD 50,000 - 95,000 / annual

Ennoble Care is a mobile primary care, palliative care, and hospice service provider operating across 11 states (New York, New Jersey, Maryland, DC, Virginia, Oklahoma, Kansas, Pennsylvania, Texas, Florida, and Georgia). The company brings clinical care directly to patients' homes, serving those with chronic conditions and limited mobility, with programs including remote patient monitoring, behavioral health management, and chronic care management. The Community Liaison will be based in Woodbridge, VA and serve the surrounding region. This role focuses on business development and market expansion through direct relationship-building with healthcare providers and facilities. Key Responsibilities: - Analyze the service area's market potential and identify target markets for growth - Visit doctors' offices, hospitals, assisted living facilities, skilled nursing facilities, and other referral sources to present company credentials and secure patient referrals - Conduct internal analysis of organizational strengths, weaknesses, and competitive positioning - Review and analyze past and current marketing data to inform strategy - Evaluate the company's service offerings and market positioning - Analyze patient and company relationships to identify opportunities - Develop sales and marketing objectives with realistic projections - Create comprehensive marketing plans with clear priorities and timelines - Implement marketing initiatives while maintaining established schedules - Monitor and evaluate marketing performance on an ongoing basis - Attend interdisciplinary group (IDG) meetings as appropriate - Provide community outreach and education - Support office staff with training and administrative needs Requirements: - Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing, nursing, or social work with demonstrated interaction with health agencies and healthcare professionals - Organized and detail-oriented approach to work - Strong oral and written communication skills - Valid driver's license with insured, well-maintained vehicle (required for field visits)
