Salary: USD 50,000 - 95,000 / annual

Ennoble Care is a multi-state mobile primary care, palliative care, and hospice service provider operating in New York, New Jersey, Maryland, DC, Virginia, Oklahoma, Kansas, Pennsylvania, Texas, Florida, and Georgia. The company delivers in-home clinical services to patients with chronic conditions and limited mobility, offering remote patient monitoring, behavioral health management, and chronic care management. The Community Liaison will be responsible for driving business development and market expansion in the Winchester and Front Royal, VA region. This role combines outbound relationship-building with strategic market analysis and marketing execution. Key responsibilities include: - Analyzing the service area's market potential and identifying target segments - Visiting physician offices, hospitals, assisted living facilities, skilled nursing facilities, and other referral sources to present company credentials and secure patient referrals - Conducting internal organizational analysis to identify strengths and weaknesses - Reviewing past and current marketing data and analyzing the company's service offerings - Evaluating patient and company relationships - Developing sales and marketing objectives with realistic projections - Creating and implementing a comprehensive marketing plan with clear priorities and timelines - Monitoring and evaluating plan performance on an ongoing basis - Attending interdisciplinary group (IDG) meetings as needed - Providing community outreach and education initiatives - Supporting office staff with administrative tasks and training updates This is a full-time, in-office position based in the Winchester/Front Royal area, with travel throughout the region to meet with healthcare partners and community stakeholders. Qualifications: - Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing, nursing, or social work with demonstrated interaction with health agencies and healthcare professionals - Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills - Excellent oral and written communication abilities - Valid driver's license with insured, reliable vehicle in good working condition
