Salary: USD 50,000 - 95,000 / annual

Ennoble Care is a mobile primary care, palliative care, and hospice service provider operating across multiple states including New York, New Jersey, Maryland, DC, Virginia, Oklahoma, Kansas, Pennsylvania, Texas, Florida, and Georgia. The company delivers in-home care services for patients with chronic conditions and limited mobility, offering remote patient monitoring, behavioral health management, and chronic care management. The Community Liaison will be responsible for driving business development and community engagement in the Tulsa, OK region. Key responsibilities include: - Analyze the service area's market potential to identify and prioritize target markets - Visit physicians' offices, hospitals, assisted living facilities, skilled nursing facilities, and other referral sources to present agency credentials and secure patient referrals - Conduct internal organizational analysis to identify company strengths and weaknesses - Review and analyze past and current marketing data to inform strategy - Evaluate the company's service offerings and competitive positioning - Analyze patient and company relationships to identify growth opportunities - Develop sales and marketing objectives with realistic sales projections - Create a comprehensive marketing plan with clear priorities and timelines - Execute the marketing plan within established budgets and schedules - Monitor and evaluate marketing performance on a regular basis - Attend interdisciplinary group (IDG) meetings as appropriate - Provide community outreach and education initiatives - Support office staff with training updates and administrative needs This is a full-time position based in Tulsa with significant field work visiting healthcare facilities and community partners. Qualifications: - Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing, nursing, or social work with demonstrated interaction with health agencies and healthcare professionals - Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills - Excellent oral and written communication abilities - Valid driver's license with insured, well-maintained vehicle (required for field visits)
