Salary: USD 50,000 - 95,000 / annual
Ennoble Care is a mobile primary care, palliative care, and hospice service provider operating across 11 states (New York, New Jersey, Maryland, DC, Virginia, Oklahoma, Kansas, Pennsylvania, Texas, Florida, and Georgia). The company brings clinical care directly to patients' homes, serving those with chronic conditions and limited mobility through programs including remote patient monitoring, behavioral health management, and chronic care management.
The Hospice Community Liaison will be responsible for driving business development and community engagement for the Kansas City, KS/MO region. This is a full-time, field-based role focused on promoting Ennoble Care's hospice and primary care services to healthcare providers and facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze the service area's market potential and identify target markets for growth
- Visit doctors' offices, hospitals, assisted living facilities, skilled nursing facilities, and other referral sources to present agency credentials and secure patient referrals
- Conduct internal analysis of organizational strengths, weaknesses, and competitive positioning
- Review and analyze past and current marketing data to inform strategy
- Evaluate the company's service offerings and market positioning
- Analyze patient and company relationships to identify opportunities
- Develop sales and marketing objectives with realistic sales projections
- Create comprehensive marketing plans with clear priorities and timelines
- Execute marketing initiatives within established budgets and timelines
- Monitor, review, and evaluate marketing performance on a regular basis
- Attend interdisciplinary group (IDG) meetings as appropriate
- Provide community outreach and education initiatives
- Support office staff with training updates and administrative needs as required
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing, nursing, or social work with demonstrated interaction with health agencies and healthcare professionals
- Organized and detail-oriented with strong project management skills
- Excellent oral and written communication abilities
- Valid driver's license with insured, well-maintained automobile (required for field visits)
Compensation and Benefits:
Base salary: $50,000–$95,000 annually, plus monthly, quarterly, and annual performance bonuses.
