Salary: USD 50,000 - 95,000 / annual
Ennoble Care is a mobile primary care, palliative care, and hospice service provider operating across multiple states including New York, New Jersey, Maryland, DC, Virginia, Oklahoma, Kansas, Pennsylvania, Texas, Florida, and Georgia. The company brings clinicians to patients' homes to provide a continuum of care for those with chronic conditions and limited mobility, offering remote patient monitoring, behavioral health management, and chronic care management.
The Community Liaison will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships within the Sandy Springs, Georgia region to promote Ennoble Care's hospice and house call services. Key responsibilities include:
- Analyze the service area's market potential to identify target markets and growth opportunities
- Visit doctors' offices, hospitals, assisted living facilities, skilled nursing facilities, and other referral sources to present agency credentials and secure patient referrals
- Analyze organizational strengths and weaknesses to inform strategy
- Review and evaluate past and current marketing data to identify trends and opportunities
- Assess the company's service offerings and competitive positioning
- Analyze patient and company relationships to strengthen partnerships
- Develop sales and marketing objectives with realistic sales projections
- Create comprehensive marketing plans with clear priorities and timelines
- Implement marketing initiatives while adhering to established schedules
- Monitor and evaluate marketing performance on a regular basis
- Attend interdisciplinary group (IDG) meetings as appropriate
- Provide community outreach and education initiatives
- Support office staff with administrative tasks and training updates as needed
This is a full-time position based in Sandy Springs with significant field work visiting healthcare facilities and community partners.
**Requirements:**
- Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing, nursing, or social work with demonstrated interaction with health agencies and healthcare professionals
- Organized and detail-oriented approach to work
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Valid driver's license with an insured, well-maintained automobile (required for field visits)
