DTX Pharma, a Novartis Company, seeks a Community Health Lead to develop and execute innovative Community Health models that improve access, health equity, and patient outcomes in underserved populations across Mexico and Latin America. Key Responsibilities: Program Strategy, Design & Innovation: Identify healthcare system barriers and unmet needs affecting priority populations and disease areas. Design and evolve Community Health initiatives that strengthen care delivery, expand access to innovation, and generate measurable impact. Translate healthcare insights into scalable, sustainable, evidence-based intervention models. Program Implementation, Performance & Evidence: Lead end-to-end implementation of Community Health initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives, governance, timelines, and budgets. Establish implementation plans, performance indicators, monitoring frameworks, and risk mitigation strategies. Generate and leverage evidence and lessons learned to optimize performance and inform scale-up decisions. Business Planning, Access Strategy & Sustainability: Partner with country organizations and access functions to develop sustainable access models. Build business cases including patient reach projections, investment requirements, and financial sustainability assessments. Define execution and scale-up models with resource needs and operating structures. Partnerships & Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with healthcare authorities, institutions, NGOs, multilateral organizations, and academic partners. Identify opportunities to advance Community Health priorities through policy dialogue and collaborative initiatives. Coordinate stakeholder commitments and governance structures for successful implementation. Executive Communication & Leadership: Develop executive presentations, business cases, and decision-support materials for leadership forums. Translate complex health and financial information into clear recommendations. Mobilize cross-functional teams across Medical, Access, Commercial, Public Affairs, Finance, Legal, and Global Health. Required Qualifications: - 5+ years in pharmaceutical industry, healthcare, public health, or healthcare consulting - Proven experience designing and implementing healthcare access, Community Health, or health system strengthening initiatives - Experience developing access strategies, business cases, and investment proposals - Strong understanding of Mexican healthcare system - Experience with healthcare authorities, external partners, and cross-functional teams - Fluent Spanish and English (written and spoken) Desirable: Regional/multi-country experience; experience in low- and middle-income countries.
