Salary: USD 110,000 - 125,000 / annual

The Commission Analyst role reports to the Sales Incentive Compensation Manager and is responsible for administering day-to-day commission operations using CaptivateIQ.
Key responsibilities include: administering commission workflows and ensuring accurate plan and payout processing; investigating and responding to commission inquiries from internal stakeholders with clear documentation; supporting monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc commission calculations, validations, and reconciliations for US and international payroll; assisting with month-end and quarter-end close activities including reporting and accrual support; performing manual commission calculations and audit checks to validate system output and resolve exceptions; and partnering across FP&A, Sales, Payroll, and business teams to improve process clarity and reduce errors.
The ideal candidate brings 4+ years of experience in sales incentive compensation, commissions operations, or related finance functions. Required skills include proficiency with enterprise commission platforms (CaptivateIQ preferred, or Xactly/Salesforce experience), ability to manually calculate commissions and validate payouts, effective remote communication across global time zones, adaptability to shifting priorities, and willingness to stay current on platform changes. Experience using AI tools responsibly for research, modeling, and routine correspondence is valued.
