Join Deliveroo's Regional Growth team as a Commercial & Strategy Manager, serving Milton Keynes and Northampton. You'll act as the local expert for Deliveroo's marketplace, building and managing relationships with restaurant partners while driving data-informed growth strategies.
Key responsibilities include:
- Serve as the face of Deliveroo locally, mapping sales strategies to close value gaps and improve customer selection
- Lead account management and commercial negotiations with key restaurant partners, optimizing their platform performance
- Analyze restaurant and area performance metrics to refine offerings and guide strategic decisions
- Identify, pitch, and onboard local favorite restaurants, setting them up for long-term success
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Account Managers, Operations, and Marketing teams to support local brands and maximize campaign participation
You'll spend 2-3 days per week in the field visiting territories, with flexibility for office and home working. This hybrid role requires a valid UK driving license and access to a car.
Ideal candidates bring proven experience in account management, sales, or strategy roles with strong commercial acumen. You should excel at interpreting data to uncover growth opportunities, managing complex negotiations, and building lasting stakeholder relationships. Strategic territory planning skills and the ability to identify market gaps are essential.
