Adyen is a global financial technology platform providing payments, data, and financial products for enterprise customers including Meta, Uber, H&M, and Microsoft. This Commercial Partnerships Manager role is based in Madrid and focuses on driving local margin growth through the company's partner ecosystem.
You will serve as the go-to-market expert and primary relationship owner for strategic local partnerships in Spain. Your responsibilities include identifying and developing commercial relationships with key local market leaders, system integrators, and enabler partners. You'll orchestrate internal Adyen resources—including sales, marketing, SDRs, and account management teams—to maximize local impact and drive partner-sourced business wins.
Key activities include attending partner events, building joint value propositions, managing the newly launched Partner Program rollout locally, and collaborating with marketing on go-to-market activities with strong ROI focus. You'll act as the market's eyes and ears, providing strategic input on emerging verticals and evolving partnership landscapes while supporting Adyen's global partnership strategy.
You bring 5+ years of commercial experience, ideally with ISV or GSI partnership backgrounds in technology sectors. You're a natural networker with high energy, entrepreneurial mindset, and proven track record of delivering commercial results. You have deep local market knowledge, excellent presentation and storytelling skills, and the ability to balance strategic thinking with execution. Fluency in English and Spanish (written and verbal) is required, along with willingness to travel domestically and internationally and work flexible hours when needed. You thrive in collaborative, global team environments and are motivated by owning commercial goals and creating measurable business impact.
