myCOI is a SaaS platform for tracking, processing, and managing certificates of insurance (COIs). The company serves Fortune 100 companies, higher education institutions, construction firms, logistics, healthcare, property management, and sports teams. As Compliance Coordinator, you will be the primary point of contact for commercial insurance compliance support.
Key responsibilities include: examining certificates of insurance and endorsements for completeness, accuracy, and conformance to client contract requirements; conducting scheduled client account reviews; providing guidance on myCOI's systems and technology; verifying policy coverage and processing cancellations with insurance agents; and responding to client inquiries about compliance matters. You will follow established review processes, learn and utilize company technology, and maintain detailed, accurate documentation.
The role requires 3–5 years of commercial insurance compliance experience, with extensive knowledge of General Liability, Umbrella, Workers Compensation, and other business policies. You must have strong verbal and written communication skills, excellent time management and multitasking ability, and a demonstrated passion for customer service. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel is required. A Bachelor's degree is preferred but not required. Remote work experience is essential.
