Octopus Electroverse is Europe's largest eMSP (e-mobility service provider) public charging network, operating over 1.4 million connected EV chargers across 79 countries. The company is scaling its B2B offering, Octopus Fleet, to help businesses transition to zero-emission transport through an integrated suite of solutions including public charging cards, home charging reimbursement, and fleet electrification tools.
As a Commercial Analyst reporting to the Commercial Strategy Manager, you will be responsible for professionalizing and scaling the company's bid and tender process. Currently, tender management is decentralized across the team; your role is to build out a streamlined, high-winning commercial capability that can handle the company's expanding pipeline of high-value enterprise deals and complex formal tenders.
Key responsibilities include:
- Designing and implementing structured processes for bid management and tender response
- Analyzing commercial opportunities and win/loss data to identify patterns and improve success rates
- Supporting the commercial team in preparing competitive bids and formal tender submissions
- Building dashboards and reporting frameworks to track pipeline health and bid performance
- Collaborating across product, operations, marketing, and partnerships to ensure bids are comprehensive and competitive
- Documenting best practices and creating templates to standardize the tender process
