As a Commercial Account Manager, you will serve as a trusted advisor and product consultant to enterprise customers, managing renewals, upsells, and ongoing account health. Your responsibilities include: - Acting as a trusted advisor and product consultant, working with customers to deliver measurable ROI through efficient, value-based renewal and upsell cycles - Partnering with the Customer Success team to monitor health scorecards, identify customer needs, and guide deal closure - Serving as a product evangelist, positioning Zip solutions to address current pain points while showcasing the product roadmap - Contributing to startup culture by helping build team practices and organizational capabilities - Negotiating renewal contracts with win/win strategies that maximize contract value while strengthening customer relationships - Providing regular, accurate updates on renewal status to management and escalating issues as needed - Managing multi-year contracts to ensure customers realize full value from the platform You will become a product expert on the Zip platform and develop deep procurement market knowledge. You'll leverage sales intelligence tools to manage deal cycles and bring on new customers, while remaining adaptable to evolving processes in a hyper-growth environment. QUALIFICATIONS: - 2+ years of technology SaaS experience - Experience selling to procurement, finance, and legal departments - Proven track record driving customer retention and adoption of SaaS products for enterprise accounts - Strong customer management skills spanning sales, account management, and customer service - Self-driven mindset with excellent organizational and communication skills - Proficiency with sales tools including Salesforce, Clari, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn SalesNav, and Outreach - Willingness to go the extra mile for customers, company, and team success
