Miro is a visual workspace platform enabling distributed teams to collaborate on innovation, design, and brainstorming. The company serves over 100M users and 250,000 companies globally, with headquarters in San Francisco and Amsterdam.
The Commercial (Mid-Market) Sales Team drives growth by acquiring new customers and expanding existing accounts. As a Commercial Account Executive, you will join a dynamic, high-performing sales group focused on companies with 500–3,000 employees across diverse verticals. Miro supports a rapidly evolving range of use cases and solutions aligned with AI innovation, meaning there is no one-size-fits-all playbook. Success here requires excitement about building new strategies, autonomy to experiment, and ownership in shaping the company's evolution from single-product to multi-product.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute territory strategy to identify high-potential prospects using Salesforce, Outreach, Nooks, Claude CoWork, and Gong.
- Execute solution-based sales processes across multiple stakeholders and lines of business.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of new business, expansion, and renewal opportunities by proactively engaging high-value prospects.
- Build rapport and trust with C-level and VP-level decision-makers to guide them through the buying journey and position Miro as essential.
- Manage the full sales cycle end-to-end from discovery to delivery, achieving revenue goals.
You will thrive in a rapidly changing environment and view change as opportunity. The role offers autonomy, collaboration with cross-functional teams (Sales Engineers, Customer Success Managers, Renewals), and influence over company strategy as Miro evolves.
Benefits include equity, wellbeing benefits, work-from-home equipment allowance, and annual Learning & Development stipend. Full benefits vary by location.
Requirements:
- 2–4+ years of full-cycle Account Executive experience with proven performance in SaaS, ideally with at least 2+ years in Mid-Market/Commercial space.
- Experience running structured sales processes (MEDDPICC) with rigor and self-awareness; ability to lead broader account teams (SE, CSM, Renewals) through account strategy.
- Comfort navigating ambiguity, operating self-sufficiently, and adapting quickly as product positioning evolves with AI innovation pace.
- Experience at companies undergoing hyper-growth, restructuring (IPOs/acquisitions), or leading through company/industry changes.
- High adaptability working across industries, use cases, personas, and complex customer engagements.
- Strong collaborative skills and ability to make decisive choices in fast-paced environments.
