Salary: MXN 950,000 - 1,050,000 / annual

The Collections Manager will lead GoodLeap's financial collections department at the Mexico City office. This is a hands-on management role with dual responsibilities: overseeing collections operations and serving as the primary onsite leader for the CDMX office, providing guidance and operational oversight across multiple departments. Key responsibilities include: - Oversee, manage, and audit collections strategies, processes, and reporting to ensure effectiveness, accuracy, and compliance - Serve as the primary onsite leader for the CDMX office, providing guidance, support, and operational oversight across multiple GoodLeap departments while fostering cross-functional partnerships - Create and implement strategies to increase successful collections of outstanding debt - Recruit, hire, train, and evaluate collections team members based on projected collections needs - Collaborate with internal and external departments to enhance collections strategies and performance - Implement credit policies and procedures aligned with corporate objectives - Supervise collections staff to ensure all money owed to the company is billed and received correctly and timely Requirements: - Bachelor's degree, preferably in finance, or equivalent work experience - 3-5 years of direct experience in credit and collections; knowledgeable in sales, negotiation, and persuasion tools - 2+ years of management experience - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Bilingual in English/Spanish (required)
