As a Collections Analyst, you will own a portfolio of customer accounts and drive the company's financial goals by working closely with billing, revenue, orders, and customer success teams. Your primary responsibilities include monitoring customer accounts for non-payments, delayed payments, and irregularities; serving as the technical expert for payment and collections queries; and providing in-depth collections and cash analysis for your portfolio.
You will partner with Customer Success, Billing, and Management teams to escalate collection issues related to services, contracts, billing disputes, or customer financial concerns. Additionally, you will help design and implement new processes to improve collections strategies, provide recommendations for process improvements and system integrations, and assist with implementing new software to drive collections and cash improvements.
The ideal candidate is scrappy, curious, optimistic, persistent, and empathetic. You should be comfortable working in a dynamic, fluid environment as part of a collaborative team. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to balance multiple priorities while maintaining high standards of execution.
