Lead a high-performing team of QA Specialists focused on coding accuracy and compliance in healthcare operations. You will drive quality assurance initiatives at the intersection of clinical precision and operational excellence, with responsibility for building and maintaining robust Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and ensuring full audit readiness.
Key responsibilities include evaluating documentation from both internal CDI (Clinical Documentation Improvement) teams and external partners, managing team performance, and elevating compliance standards across the organization. This role requires deep expertise in Risk Adjustment and Hierarchical Condition Categories (HCC)—critical frameworks in healthcare revenue cycle management—combined with a demonstrated ability to mentor and develop QA talent.
You will shape quality operations strategy, establish best practices for coding accuracy, and ensure the organization maintains the highest standards of compliance and documentation integrity. The role offers direct visibility into clinical and operational workflows, with the opportunity to make a measurable impact on both quality metrics and organizational compliance posture.
Fully remote position with flexibility to work across all US time zones. Ideal candidate brings healthcare coding or quality assurance background, familiarity with HCC/Risk Adjustment frameworks, and proven people management experience.
