Diana Health is a network of modern women's health practices partnering with hospitals to reimagine maternity and women's healthcare. This Clinical Talent Scout role is dedicated to building and maintaining robust candidate pipelines, primarily for Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) including Certified Nurse Midwives, Women's Health Nurse Practitioners, OB/GYNs, and Physician Assistants, with secondary support for physician sourcing.
You will own the full sourcing and initial screening process, working closely with the Clinical Recruitment Manager and broader talent acquisition team. Your responsibilities include:
**Sourcing & Outreach:** Attract clinical providers through LinkedIn, Indeed, professional chapters (ACNM/AANP), Facebook groups, and niche clinical communities. Run targeted outreach campaigns, track conversion metrics, and maintain active pipelines across all open markets. Re-engage candidates between touchpoints to prevent pipeline decay.
**Screening & Handoff:** Conduct structured initial screens covering licensure, availability, location flexibility, and compensation expectations. Deliver polished candidate summaries with standardized screening scorecards in Greenhouse, enabling recruiters to focus on relationship-building rather than basic qualification checks.
**Pipeline Management:** Maintain consistent candidate communication until recruiter handoff. Ensure all sourced candidates are tracked and current in the ATS. Provide daily pipeline updates on the recruiting tracker. Support physician sourcing efforts as directed.
**Candidate Distribution:** Work with the recruitment manager to maintain equal distribution of sourced candidates across recruiters on a rotating basis.
Required qualifications: At least 1 year of women's health recruitment/sourcing experience, 3-5 years total recruitment or sourcing experience, expertise with clinical provider roles, pipeline creation experience, and familiarity with startup KPI structures preferred. This is an individual contributor role reporting to the Clinical Recruitment Manager with dotted-line reporting to the VP of Talent Acquisition for physician sourcing strategy.
