Solace is a Series C healthcare startup (founded 2022, $1B+ valuation) transforming patient advocacy by pairing patients with expert advocates and tools to navigate the complex U.S. healthcare system. You will serve as Clinical Strategy and Operations Lead, reporting directly to the Chief Medical Officer's Chief of Staff and partnering closely with the CMO. This is a strategic operations role focused on driving clinical quality, accelerating growth, and expanding service offerings through high-impact cross-functional initiatives.
Key responsibilities include:
- Partner with CMO's Chief of Staff to design and execute strategic projects advancing clinical strategy and business growth
- Own delivery of multiple high-visibility, complex initiatives with exceptional quality and on-time execution
- Develop strategic recommendations and implementation roadmaps through rigorous qualitative and quantitative analysis
- Create compelling presentations and deliverables articulating objectives, progress, and strategic recommendations to leadership
- Design and monitor KPI frameworks, assess risks, and implement mitigation strategies
You bring 3+ years of experience in strategic operations, program management, or management consulting. Healthcare, digital health, or adjacent industry experience is strongly preferred, with understanding of clinical operations and regulatory environments a significant plus. You have exceptional analytical and business development skills, proven ability to break down complex problems and develop compelling business cases. You've led successful strategic initiatives from conception through delivery, with strong track record in planning, risk management, and performance optimization. Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with ability to influence and collaborate across all organizational levels. Bachelor's degree required; MBA or MPH preferred. Must be based in the United States.
