Salary: CAD 76,100 - 125,100 / annual
Boston Scientific, a global leader in medical technology for over 45 years, is seeking a Clinical Specialist III to provide expert clinical support on its Electrophysiology (EP) product portfolio. Based primarily in Quebec, Canada, you will serve as the primary clinical contact for Boston Scientific customers, ensuring successful product adoption across hospitals in Quebec and Atlantic Canada.
In this role, you will deliver high-end clinical support to new and existing customers on BSC Electrophysiology products, working closely with Territory Managers and sales teams. You will conduct education and training sessions for healthcare professionals and clinical center personnel on BSC EP products, build relationships with Key Opinion Leaders and targeted customers, and provide on-site support in hospital and laboratory settings.
Key responsibilities include: providing expert clinical support across the full EP portfolio; acting as the primary customer contact, offering on-site support; collaborating with Territory Managers to achieve sales targets and manage your defined territory strategically; conducting education and training sessions on BSC Electrophysiology products; building relationships with Key Opinion Leaders and targeted customers; educating customers on product merits through presentations and demonstrations; providing commercial support, troubleshooting, and product support; supporting clinical research and participating in case reviews and observations; meeting with clients to identify clinical needs and discussing product solutions; developing business relationships with hospital personnel and key decision makers; responding to customer needs and complaints with optimal solutions; fostering strong relationships with sales and marketing colleagues; and traveling within Quebec for product support.
This is a bilingual role (French and English required) with regular collaboration across Canada, the US, and internationally. You will travel regularly within Quebec, including overnight and weekend travel as needed, with occasional international travel.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 5 years' experience in electrophysiology procedures with catheter ablation and 3D mapping systems
- University degree or Electrophysiology specialty training
- Willingness to work in laboratory and operating room environments
- Track record of outstanding clinical support that drives excellence in the field
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to travel, including overnight and/or weekends as needed, within Quebec, Canada, and occasional international travel
- Bilingual in French and English (both oral and written)
- Valid driver's license in good standing
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience with Boston Scientific OPAL systems
