ANNA (Allied Network for Neurodevelopmental Advancement) is seeking a Clinical Director to lead one of its centers in Woburn, Massachusetts. This is a full-time, on-site role that combines clinical leadership with operational ownership—effectively serving as the CEO of the clinic.
You will lead a team of BCBAs (Board Certified Behavior Analysts) and Behavior Therapists delivering neurodiversity-affirming, play-based therapy to autistic children ages 18 months to 6 years using Naturalistic Developmental Behavioral Intervention (NDBI) methodology. ANNA operates across Massachusetts with a mission-driven, clinician-owned approach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own clinical quality and excellence: monitor client progress, ensure treatment fidelity, supervise assessments and intervention plans, and maintain compliance with legal and ethical guidelines
- Provide individual and group supervision to BCBAs and Behavior Therapists, coaching them toward career growth
- Run the clinic operationally: manage staffing, scheduling, budgeting, supply ordering, facilities, and utilization metrics
- Serve as direct people manager for BCBAs and level-two manager for BTs, including hiring, onboarding, and performance management
- Foster a collaborative, supportive work environment that reduces turnover and keeps teams engaged
- Partner with centralized HR, Finance, and Talent Acquisition teams while owning center-level outcomes
- Collaborate with clinical and operational leadership on policy development, training needs, and clinical initiatives
- Participate in clinical development and research activities when available
The role offers a stable Monday–Friday schedule (8:00 AM–4:30 PM) with no nights, weekends, or travel. Relocation assistance is provided.
Compensation includes base salary of $115,000–$125,000 annually, plus an annual bonus of up to $3,000 tied to Quality of Care metrics and a monthly bonus tied to clinic financial sustainability. Benefits include comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance; 401(k) with company match; 40 hours paid sick time annually; 80–140 hours vacation (growing with tenure); and an annual professional development stipend for continuing education units and conference attendance.
Career Growth: Clinical Directors who excel across clinical quality, operational execution, and team leadership can advance to Senior Clinical Director roles, mentoring other clinic leaders. Additional growth opportunities exist as ANNA expands within and beyond Massachusetts.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in ABA, including 5+ years of post-credential experience providing, supervising, or administering ABA services to children with autism spectrum disorder
