Brightline is a national youth mental health provider delivering virtual and in-person care to families. As Clinic Director for the Wisconsin market, you will serve as the clinical and operational leader responsible for scaling high-quality pediatric behavioral health services across the region. You will own clinical oversight across the market, including auditing clinical documentation, designing peer consultation groups, and reporting on clinical and clinician metrics. You'll partner cross-functionally with the market GM and national leadership on quality, P&L, utilization, retention, and growth initiatives. Your people leadership responsibilities include hiring and developing managers, therapists, and psychologists; training all new hires on clinical protocols and operational policies; conducting biweekly 1:1s with direct reports; supervising pre-licensed therapists; and holding the team accountable through formal performance management processes. You will maintain a limited clinical caseload (up to 60% of time, decreasing as the market grows), providing evidence-based interventions including CBT, ERP, PMT, DBT, and HRT for youth with anxiety, OCD, depression, trauma, and behavioral concerns. You'll conduct diagnostic evaluations and psychological testing. You'll also lead community engagement and outreach efforts, partnering with the market GM and national marketing team to build relationships with hospitals, pediatrician groups, payors, and schools. Requirements: PhD or PsyD in Clinical Psychology, School Psychology, or related field; active psychologist license with expertise in child/adolescent behavioral health; experience leading clinical programs (Executive Director, Market Clinic Director, or equivalent); experience supervising associate-level or post-doctoral clinicians; knowledge of local, state, and federal regulations; strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills; ability to influence cross-functionally; proven team management and development experience; excellent communication skills; strong organizational abilities; experience with EHR systems and workplace tools (Slack, Asana, Google Workspace). Preferred: startup or high-growth environment experience.
