Silvur is modernizing retirement decision-making in America by partnering with financial institutions to deliver tools, educational resources, and personalized guidance to their members. The company's white-labeled platform serves millions of credit union members and has been recognized by Forbes as one of the 50 Most Innovative Fintech Companies, with backing from leading VCs like Anthemis.
As Client Success Specialist for Insurance Partnerships, you will be a key point of contact for credit union partners, managing day-to-day relationships and driving adoption of Silvur's insurance platform. You'll own partner relationship management, including serving as the primary contact for a portfolio of credit union partners, managing ongoing health through proactive check-ins, running recurring business reviews, and identifying opportunities to deepen product usage and referral volume.
You will become a product expert on Silvur's Insurance platform and lead product adoption and enablement efforts. This includes designing and delivering training for credit union staff and in-branch teams, building repeatable enablement materials and playbooks that scale across the partner portfolio, and collaborating with local Silvur Insurance agents.
Data and cross-functional collaboration are central to the role. You'll track referral activity, engagement, and product utilization metrics across partners, surface insights and trends to internal teams, translate partner feedback into actionable recommendations, and partner with operations, product, and marketing teams to improve outcomes. As the partner network expands, you'll increasingly support onboarding of new partners from kickoff through deployment using a structured, education-first approach.
Success is measured on partner adoption and engagement, partner satisfaction and retention, and the strength of long-term relationships. You'll work in a startup environment where you build processes from scratch, thrive in ambiguity, and help design AI-first workflows and automations. The role involves regular travel for in-branch training, executive business reviews, and relationship-building across the credit union footprint.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 1-2+ years of experience in partner success, client onboarding, account management, marketing, or product specialist roles
- Startup experience preferred; comfort with ambiguity and building process where none exists
- Experience collecting and analyzing data to make informed decisions
- Comfort with modern, AI-first tech stack: Claude, Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides), HubSpot, Asana, Canva
- Excellent relationship-building, communication, and project-management skills
- Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives with internal and external stakeholders
- Regular travel expected for in-branch training and partner engagement
