Salary: USD 69,000 - 107,000 / annual

As a Client Success Manager, you will own the complete post-sales lifecycle for Addepar's largest and most sophisticated clients, including Single Family Offices, Multi-Family Offices, and traditional Wealth Management Firms. You will become a trusted strategic partner, deeply understanding their business strategy, clients, services, team, and technology, and helping them maximize value from the Addepar platform.
Key responsibilities include:
- Develop deep understanding of key and strategic client segments, their industry challenges, and goals, and how they leverage Addepar for adoption, growth, and retention
- Provide strategic oversight throughout the entire client journey—implementation, optimization, growth, and renewal—ensuring seamless knowledge transfer
- Partner with Account Executives to deliver quarterly business reviews, aligning on priorities, optimization opportunities, product roadmap, and usage/adoption patterns
- Serve as the client's voice to Product Management, Product Marketing, Support, Renewals, Services, Finance, and Legal, building strong cross-functional relationships
- Build and maintain high client satisfaction and reference-ability by diagnosing business operations and prescribing appropriate solutions and services
- Demonstrate strong work ethic, creativity, urgency, and leadership capabilities; collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and senior/C-level stakeholders; maintain deep technical knowledge of Addepar and articulate value propositions to the partner community
Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience in a client-facing role with proven track record and in-depth knowledge of strategic client segments, OR 5+ years of experience plus an MBA

- Minimum Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
