As Client Relationship Associate at the Destin office, you will be the advisor's right hand and the primary in-office presence. This is a full-time, hourly role with a clear growth path toward becoming a licensed Relationship Manager as your skills and credentials develop.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing the advisor's calendar, inbox, and to-do list; flagging urgent items and routing others appropriately
- Serving as the first point of contact for clients and prospects: answering calls and emails, scheduling meetings, and screening new inquiries
- Preparing for client meetings by gathering reports, statements, and notes; attending meetings as needed; ensuring all follow-ups are completed
- Coordinating account onboarding, paperwork, transfers, and money movement with custodians and Farther's Client Experience team
- Maintaining clean and current CRM and client records; identifying issues or opportunities before they escalate

Requirements:
- 2+ years in a client-facing support role in financial services (RIA, wealth management, banking, or insurance)
- Seriously organized and self-directed; you own details and follow through without being chased
- Warm, professional communicator comfortable welcoming clients in person and representing the advisor
- Comfortable with CRMs and custodial platforms; quick to learn new technology
- Able to work on-site in the Destin, FL office
Bonus qualifications:
- SIE, Series 65/66, or other industry licenses (or willingness to earn them)
- Hands-on experience with account transfers, money movement, or portfolio rebalancing
- Roots in the Emerald Coast community
