nPlan is a Series B construction and infrastructure software company backed by GV, Chevron Technology Ventures, and Suffolk Technologies. The company combines large-scale project plan datasets with machine learning to forecast project outcomes and reduce risk for major construction and infrastructure programs.
The Client Project Manager role focuses on owning and growing strategic client relationships with change management at the core. You will be responsible for ensuring clients realize value from nPlan and choose to expand their engagement. This involves leading the change roadmap for how clients' planning and delivery teams adopt data-driven forecasting—from initial onboarding through embedding nPlan into day-to-day decision-making.
Key responsibilities include: acting as the primary point of contact for assigned clients; understanding each customer's goals and ensuring nPlan delivers against them; identifying opportunities to deepen relationships and expand usage; building trusted relationships across client organizations at all levels; and coordinating internally to resolve issues and improve outcomes.
This is ideal for someone with several years leading change management or process transformation on major capital projects, ideally with experience embedding new technology within large, multi-stakeholder organizations. Background in construction/infrastructure project delivery, management consulting (capital projects/delivery practices at firms like McKinsey, BCG, Deloitte, PwC, KPMG, EY, Arcadis, Jacobs, AECOM, or Mott MacDonald), or 3+ years in construction technology is preferred.
Required skills include: solid understanding of planning and risk management concepts; strong communication and stakeholder engagement abilities; demonstrated track record leading process and behavior change initiatives with technology at the center; customer-first mindset with commercial acumen; and excellent organizational skills managing multiple engagements.
The role is remote-first with occasional travel within North America (3–5 times/year) and limited international travel (1–2 times/year). Compensation includes $155k–$185k OTE plus generous equity. Benefits include flexible hours, generous holiday, private medical insurance, personal learning and development budget, enhanced family and sick leave.
